Additional House Rules
NOISE
Villa Maya is in a quiet area and LOUD MUSIC, NOISE AND LARGE GATHERING WITH MORE THAN 16 PEOPLE IS STICTLY FORBIDEN . THERE IS NOISE MONITORING SYSTEM INSTALLED (no active recording device).
BREAKING THIS RULE IS A SERIOUS OFFENCE RESULTING IN 5000 euro fine, and notifying AIRBNB to take further action. Therefore we ask you to respect the neighbourhood by keeping noise to a minimum. SMOKING The guests can smoke outside the house but not inside.
CLEANING
The housekeeper is included in the price. She will change the bed linen and towels; clean the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and other rooms. The maids are not responsible for personal laundry or taking out the rubbish to the main bins. Our policy is that if the Villa is extremely dirty or untidy after your stay, extra cleaning costs will be deducted from your security deposit.
FIRE CAUTIOUS
No candles to be used. Open fires are banned in Andalucia from June till middle of October. BBQ to be used responsibly.
ELECTRICITY
Please consider the cost and resources and switch off lights when they are not in use. When leaving the villa after dark we suggest you leave a few lights on as a deterrent to criminals.
RUBBISH
Please dispose of rubbish on a daily basis. Due to the hot weather if rubbish isn't regular disposed of it will begin to smell and attract insects and bugs. Large bins are located all over the city to assist with disposing of rubbish.
BREAKAGE
It is important to note that furniture should not be moved around the Villa. Indoor furniture should not be taken outside as this will result in damage. If there are any breakages or damages please inform the Property Managers as soon as you are able. The Property Manager will then take the necessary action, such as the sourcing and repurchasing of the broken items. Thank you
